Cox Appoints New Leaders

To further position itself for technological growth, Cox Communications has announced several new leadership appointments, and has named Mark Kaish its new Senior Vice President of Technology Operations. Kaish will accept the responsibility of supporting all Cox products, internal and customer-facing applications, national voice and data networks, billing operations, PC and LAN support, and information security. In addition, Kaish will head cost efficient and improvement projects for Cox’s technology operations.

Other Cox Communications appointments: Steve Marsh has been appointed Vice President of Technology Customer Operations; Sung Yang has been named Vice Presidents of Technology Product Development and OSS; and Guy McCormick has been appointed Vice President of Technology Business Operations. Marsh will oversee the customer operations team, and deliver quality support for Cox’s subscribers. Yang will supervise the product OSS team, while working with Cox’s affiliates to provide product projects. McCormick will be responsible for communications, financial management, resource optimization and alignment with operations.
